Under our Dim Sum range, we carry local handmade favourites alongside oriental options that make great treats!

Our Dim Sums are all freshly prepared and then blast frozen, with all of them being ready to eat within minutes of simple preparation.

Our Oriental range includes Shanghai Xiao Long Bao, Crispy Scallion Pancakes, a variety of meat and vegetable dumplings and more - basically whatever you’d love to have at Taiwanese or Chinese restaurants but at the comforts of your own homes!

As for our Local Handmade range, it is freshly produced in house under everyone's beloved Uncle Oh's guidance and blessings. As much as possible, his recipe and instructions have been replicated while we have also made slight adjustments based on our own R&D!

Holding on to Uncle Oh’s recipe that have been honed over the past 6 decades is a great responsibility, and we at Quan Shui Wet Market do not take this lightly.
