Returns

As our items are fresh perishables, return options are not available. 

Refunds & Exchange

  1. i) All products listed are subject to availability & freshness at the ports and markets on the day of delivery.

    (ii) We also perform stringent quality control checks everyday on our fresh produce. Products that do not meet our expectations will be rejected and will not be sold to you. 

For such scenarios, we will strive to inform you as soon as possible when your item is not available/fail our quality control. Items that are not delivered will be refunded back to you via the original mode of payment:
Credit card payments: 1-3 working days
Manual payments (e.g. PayNow, bank transfers): 7 working days

Otherwise you may also exchange the unavailable item to another product (subject to availability)

  • Exchange to lower value item - Refunds will be made
  • Exchange to higher value item - A top-up is required

  1. ii) In the unfortunate event that you received your items in unsatisfactory conditions, please reach out to our customer service team at +65 8874 0044 or orders@quanshuiwetmarket.com with a photo of the product, on the same day of delivery.

    We aim to reply within 24 hours of notification and then proceed with the refund via the original payment method within the promised service standards (see above).. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

We seek your understanding that we will not be responsible for any deterioration of product quality after the day of delivery as it may be due to improper storage or handling.
