- Signature Scallion Oil 招牌葱油 - Slow-simmered scallions in a rich soy-garlic blend. Comforting, fragrant, and full of old-school hawker soul.
- Wok Hei Bee Hiam Crisp 泉水香脆虾米 - Wok-tossed dried shrimp with garlic, chilli, and shallots — smoky, spicy, and deeply umami.
