Introducing Nuyolk, the first in Singapore to launch the odourless egg technology. Thanks to the special diet of the hens, these eggs have no fishy or ammonia smell when cooked or raw.
Nuyolk’s Vitamin Enriched Eggs are packed with Omega 3 Fatty Acids (for brain health), Vitamin D3 (for bone health) and Vitamin K2 (for skin and bone metabolism).
The yolk taste is rich and creamy, with nutty flavours. Also, hardboiled egg shells are easier to peel!
Cooking and Serving Suggestions:
- Boil for 3-4 minutes: soft-boiled egg – runny yolk to place on your toast with sausages
- Boil for 5-6 minutes: lava egg – a little less oozy yolk for your avocado toast
- Boil for more than 8 minutes: the classic hard-boiled egg – perfect for any prawn mee or other soups. Nuyolk hard boiled eggs will not turn up dry and chalky ;)
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate for maximum freshness. Refer to packaging for expiry date.
Note: Store the eggs with the pointy side down to prevent any yolk breakage when cracking the egg! It will also help your eggs stay fresh longer.
Shelf life: These fresh eggs will have a minimum shelf life of 2 weeks.
