Delivery Cost

Orders of SGD$80 (after discounts) and above get to enjoy free delivery.

Otherwise a flat rate of SGD$8 applies to islandwide shipping within mainland Singapore (excluding Jurong Island, Tuas).

Carpark Charges

Do note that unexpected carpark and entry charges will have to be borne by customers. Some examples of such charges include i) private residence carparks without grace periods, ii) non-negotiable per entry carpark charges, iii) longer than expected delivery time exceeding carpark grace periods. If you happen to live in such areas, please do advise if there is a charge-free zone for deliveries.

Packaging

In order to ensure only the freshest products reaches you, we only prepare and pack your items on the day of delivery.

All our items are vacuum packed (unless otherwise stated) and shipped in styrofoam boxes or cooler bags together with non-toxic ice packs.

If you'd like to recycle the styrofoam boxes, cooler bags and ice packs, simply return to the driver on your next purchase. Otherwise feel free to reuse it your way. 

Delivery Schedule

We provide next-day delivery all week (except Mondays), from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. as long as orders are made by 10 p.m. the night before.
