1. Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No there isn't. We deliver islandwide regardless of your order amount!
2. What are your delivery charges and schedule like?
Our standard delivery fee is SGD$8 islandwide (excluding Jurong Island and Tuas). Standard delivery is free for orders SGD$80 (after discounts) and above.
Our standard delivery schedule is between 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. We'll do our best to send it to you early as much as possible! However, on peak days (Fridays to Sundays) deliveries may stretch up to 8 p.m.
This delivery fee is kept affordable through us being able to optimise the delivery routes based on each day's orders, as such we will not be able to accommodate any time requests. Should you need your order to arrive before or after a certain time, possible alternatives are to opt for our Hour-specific delivery option, arrange to pick up your order from our shop personally or via a third-party courier.
Should you need your order to arrive at a specific time, please opt for our Hour-specific delivery at $25. You can let us know your preferred hour anytime between 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. to receive your order and we will deliver at that time.
Do note that unexpected carpark and entry charges will have to be borne by customers. Some examples of such charges include i) private residence carparks without grace periods, ii) non-negotiable per entry carpark charges, iii) longer than expected delivery time exceeding carpark grace periods. If you happen to live in such areas, please do advise if there is a charge-free zone for deliveries.

3. How fresh are your products?
Pork: Our fresh pork is shipped in daily from our direct suppliers in Indonesia and Sarawak, so you can be guaranteed of the quality. We only sell 100% fresh pork, never frozen.
Chicken: Our GG™ French Poulet (Anxin Chicken) 安心鸡™ are the freshest in Singapore. The chickens arrive in Singapore the same morning of your delivery. They are processed and delivered to our wet market by 5 a.m. We only sell 100% fresh chicken, never frozen.
Vegetables: Our vegetables are carefully selected fresh on the day of delivery by our dedicated team of packers, then gently packed to prevent bruisings.
Seafood: Our seafood is handpicked at the ports every morning, so you can be assured of freshness and quality.
4. How do you ensure freshness of products delivered to me?
We have put in place rigorous quality control checks on all our products. We will not sell nor deliver products that do not meet our expectations.
We process and vacuum pack your items only on the day of delivery. Your items will be shipped in cooler bags, styrofoam boxes complete with ice packs to ensure absolute hygiene and freshness.
We strongly encourage all our customers to recycle and reuse these packaging materials. If you would like to reuse and recycle the cooler bags, boxes and ice packs, simply return to the delivery man upon receipt or on your next purchase with us.
5. How does your referral program work?
Simply share with your friends and family your unique referral code! Once your friend makes a purchase of at least SGD$50, the system will automatically credit the $10 voucher into your rewards.

6. Can I make special requests?
If you have any special requests, you may add them to your note before checkout. Our friendly customer service team will get in touch with you if they require further clarifications on your requests. Otherwise, you may also enquire with us at +65 8874 0044 before proceeding (we reply faster via WhatsApp). While we will try our very best to accede to your requests, we seek your understanding that not all special requests will be fulfilled.
7. Can I request for portioning?
In a bid to be more environmentally friendly and to reduce plastic usage as a business, we shall only split each item into a maximum of 2 portions (for e.g., 500g of minced meat into 2 x 250g bags).
Customers are encouraged to portion the products at home using reusable storage containers. Any additional splitting of items is chargeable at $0.50 for every additional bag.
