Soft Bao outside. Sticky, savoury-sweet Char Siew goodness inside.
Our Handmade Char Siew Bao is one of those dim sum classics that just hits the spot. Each Bao is generously filled with marinated pork that’s roasted and caramelised, giving you that familiar balance of savoury, sweet and slightly smoky flavours in every bite.
And while we’ve been busy introducing new flavours and reworking other favourites across our Dim Sum range, this is one of the classics that keeps us connected to where it all started.
Following Uncle Oh’s retirement, we’ve continued making our Char Siew Bao in-house with his blessing and guidance, carrying forward the familiar recipe and flavours that have made it a Quan Shui favourite over the years.
Pillowy on the outside, packed with Char Siew on the inside, and best enjoyed piping hot straight from the steamer.
A classic for a reason.
