Our Pork and Cabbage Dumplings uses the best selection of fresh pork shoulder, minced and blended with high quality white cabbage, mixed with the finest grade sesame oil .
Also, our dumpling skin is made from natural wheat flour, making the dumplings less susceptible to breaking during cooking. The end result is a taste that is fresh and natural, not greasy yet filled with an aromatic juicy and chewy feel! Everything you taste is natural as we absolutely do not add any MSG!

Storage Guide: Keep it frozen under -18°C. Refer to packaging for expiry date. Up to 12 months in the freezer.
Cooking Instructions:
- Steam: Place the frozen dumplings in the steamer or electric steamer. Then, spray water on the surface of the dumplings to prevent them from sticking to the steamer. Steam for 12 minutes.
- Pan-Fried: Place the dumplings in a frying pan with just enough oil to cover the base of the pan. Fry for 1 minute, then add half a cup of water. Cover the frying pan and fry until the water dries up (about 7 minutes). Pan-fried dumplings are ready to serve!
- Boil: Put the dumplings into boiling water (without thawing). Gently stir with a spoon, cover, and boil with medium heat for 5 minutes. Then, remove the cover and boil for a further 2 minutes.
