FAQs
1. If I purchased only one ticket, can my child come? 👧👦
Please purchase an extra ticket if you don’t mind, so we can get an accurate gauge of the number of pax to cater to you all!
2. Are there parking slots available? 🚗
Yes! Park at level 1, it’s sheltered. Take the lift down to B1. Alternatively, there are plenty of parking spaces along the road in the Tagore area. We recommend Tagore Industrial Ave as well as it’s directly beside the Bazaar!
3. If I purchased 10-12 am tickets but will be slightly late that day, will I be allowed entry? 🕙
Do try to join us based on your ticket slots as much as possible as that’s also our way of crowd controlling to ensure an enjoyable experience. Nevertheless, you’ll still be allowed entry if you booked tickets with us!
4. It has been raining! Will the Bazaar go ahead if there’s bad weather? 🌧️
Yes, our event is sheltered so please drop by no matter what! Dress very comfortably, perhaps wear slippers to avoid wet shoes!
5. Are pets welcomed?
Most definitely! Our past events have been pet friendly, just no pets allowed inside the stores! (due to food hygiene)
