Made with 100% fresh minced pork, these Siew Mai are XL size, bigger than any other Siew Mais you’ve seen! Made right here in Singapore, each Siew Mai is filled with tender chunks of meat and perfectly steamed to deliver that savoury and umami taste that we all love!

Following Uncle Oh's retirement, Our Quan Shui’s Handmade Signature XL Siew Mais are now produced in-house with the blessing and guidance of everyone's beloved Uncle Oh!

We are proud to share that our Signature XL Siew Mai has been replicated with Uncle Oh's original recipe, with 13 secret ingredients, but with slight adjustments based on our own R&D and interpretation of how we'd love for the taste to be moving forward!

Committed to preserving Uncle Oh's 6 decade legacy, our Quan Shui’s Handmade Dim Sum range are handcrafted from scratch every morning using quality ingredients, and then immediately blast frozen to maintain freshness.

Total Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes from frozen

Recommended Preparation Method - Steam 

  • For best taste, we recommend steaming the Siew Mai.

  • Upon boiling of water, steam the frozen Siew Mai for 12-15 mins. Heating time may vary depending on appliance used.

  • Serve and eat! 

Serving Suggestions: Enjoy your Siew Mais with other Quan Shui’s Dim Sum items, such as Char Siew Bao or Kong Bak Bao for breakfast, snacks, and tea time. 

Storage Guide:  

Keep frozen. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately. See packaging for expiration date. They can be kept for up to 1 year.
