Our Char Siew Bao features our marinated pork recipe that has been roasted and caramelized to perfection before being generously filled into a soft and fluffy steamed Bao.
Following Uncle Oh's retirement, Our Quan Shui’s Handmade Char Siew Bao are now produced in-house with the blessing and guidance of everyone's beloved Uncle Oh!
We are proud to share that our Char Siew Bao has been replicated with Uncle Oh's original recipe, but with slight adjustments based on our own R&D and interpretation of how we'd love for the taste to be moving forward!
Committed to preserving Uncle Oh's 6 decade legacy, our Quan Shui’s Handmade Dim Sum range are handcrafted from scratch every morning using quality ingredients, and then immediately blast frozen to maintain freshness.
