Our Pork and Chives Dumplings uses the best selection of quality wide leaf chives and fresh pork shoulder meat, supplemented by high quality sesame oil blended into the filling. Each bite is fresh and juicy, with the delightful fragrance of natural and fresh chives.
Everything you taste is natural as we absolutely do not add any MSG! Also, our dumpling skin is made from natural wheat flour, making the dumplings less susceptible to breaking during cooking.
Serving Suggestions: At below $0.50/piece, they will make a snack for breakfast or afternoon tea, especially when paired with our fresh ginger and vinegar!

Storage Guide: Keep it frozen under -18°C. Refer to packaging for expiry date. Up to 12 months in the freezer.
Cooking Instructions:
- Steam: Place the frozen dumplings in the steamer or electric steamer. Then, spray water on the surface of the dumplings to prevent them from sticking to the steamer. Steam for 12 minutes.
- Pan-Fried: Place the dumplings in a frying pan with just enough oil to cover the base of the pan. Fry for 1 minute, then add half a cup of water. Cover the frying pan and fry until the water dries up (about 7 minutes). Pan-fried dumplings are ready to serve!
- Boil: Put the dumplings into boiling water (without thawing). Gently stir with a spoon, cover, and boil with medium heat for 5 minutes. Then, remove the cover and boil for a further 2 minutes.
