Arguably one of the most iconic meats from our Chinese heritage, here at Quan Shui we’ve endeavored to innovate on this time honoured tradition - with a stir-fry marinade filled with no nasties but yet replicates familiar flavours of barbecued meat! We use small-batch, hand sliced pork collar that’s carefully coated in our sweet, savoury marinade in every packet.
Introducing our new marinated pork series, prepped every morning in small batches with only the best quality day-fresh AAA grade Sarawak Pork. Enjoy the very best of familiar local flavours with our in-house marination blend, with no added MSG, preservatives or additives!

Serving Suggestions: Serve with cooked rice, or cook it up with some leftover rice and veggies to whip up a quick and easy char siew fried rice.
Cooking Instructions: Ready in 15 Minutes or Less!

Airfryer: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.

Oven: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook on ‘Conventional Oven’ settings for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.

Pan-fry: Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium-high meat. Make sure to flip consistently.
Suggested Alternatives: For a lighter option, try our mum’s signature Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry.
Storage Guide: Consume within 7 days. If not consumed, keep frozen for up to 6 months. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately.
Special remarks: We've kept seasoning on the lighter side for more flexibility, do feel free to adjust the taste with a little salt and pepper if you prefer something that's more flavourful.
