Our Crispy Duck Confit w Creamy Mash & Roasted Mushroom Set includes:
- 2 x Premium Duck Leg Confit
- 200g packet of Chinese King Oyster Mushrooms
- 300g of Netherlands Potatoes
What's not provided in the set:
- 100ml of milk/heavy cream
- 100g of unsalted butter
- Aromatics (optional; we recommend whole garlic, bayleaf, whole peppercorns, and parsley stems)
Utensils required:
- Air Fryer/Oven
- Pot (preferably a deep pot with min. 1L capacity)
- Frying Pan

Storage Guide:
- Premium Duck Leg Confit: Keep frozen. Thaw before preparing. Refer to packaging for expiry date (approx. 2026)
- Oyster Mushroom: Store mushroom in the fridge in the original package after purchase up to 5 days.
- Potatoes: Keep them dry in a cool, dark place. It’s best to store your potatoes in an open container or open bag.
