This Italian styled pork roast boasts crackling skin that envelops tender pork belly, seasoned with a garlicky herb stuffing that's sure to revitalize festive cheer. Pair it with our new Truffled Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy and you've got yourself a simple, yet effective Christmas meal.
Serves: 2-4 pax
Total Cooking Time: 20 mins (excluding preheating)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C
- Ensure Porchetta is completely thawed before cooking. It is recommended to let the Porchetta thaw overnight in your chiller.
- Remove from packet, pat the porchetta dry with kitchen towel, before loading it into the oven for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, increase the temperature to 220°C and let the Porchetta cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.
Storage Guide: Keep frozen for up to 6 months in the freezer. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
