Our Krakauer sausages are our favourite of the lot! These Krakauer sausages are smoked to achieve a rich, smoky aroma and are bursting with spice and flavours.
One of the defining characteristics of Krakauer sausages is their coarser texture compared to other sausages. This coarseness adds to their appeal, as it provides a satisfying chew and a delightful contrast between the firm exterior and the juicy interior.

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (approx 10 minutes)
- Place the German-Made Krakauer into a pre-heated oven 180°C for 10 minutes

Storage Guide: Keep frozen. For best taste and quality, we recommend storing up to 2 months in the freezer. Once thawed, it can be kept in the chiller for up to 2 days.
Serving Suggestions: Their crunchy texture makes them a great sausage for hotdogs and sandwiches, as well as other dishes such as omelets, soups, or even when pan-fried with vegetables.
Suggested Alternatives: If you prefer sausages infused with more fragrant herbs, we highly recommend our authentic German-Made Bratwurst or German-Made Bockwrust for a more smokey flavour.
