Wild Caught from the deep and cold waters off Greenland, our Halibut Steak is sweet, tender, moist and slightly buttery in texture. Its taste and flaky texture highly resembles cod and so it is sometimes used as a more economical ALTERNATIVE to Cod Fish!
Our Greenland Halibut Steak is rich in protein and omega-3 and can be served in multiple ways like baking, pan frying and steaming. It is also cut into 3-4 small steaks which makes it easier and more convenient for portion control.
Each portion of our Wild Caught Greenland Halibut Steak 格陵兰比目鱼 comes cleaned, chopped and delivered frozen.
Serving Suggestions: We personally recommend baking these and serving with a dash of Lemon juice and thyme!
Storage Guide: All of our seafood are vacuum-packed, which extends the shelf life by 50%.

Special Remarks: Do note that this product is pricier than typical Norwegian Salmon out there as it's a more premium product. Our Salmon Trout has a stronger taste profile, is less jelak and is healthier!
