Marinated Meat Series
Each packet serves 1-2 pax
Storage Guide: Kept Frozen up to 6 months from date on pack. Do not refreeze after thawing. We guarantee that any Frozen Marinated Meats sent to you have a minimum usage period of 3 months.
Cooking Instructions: Ready in 15 Minutes or Less!
Air fryer: Preheat at 200°C for 3 minutes. Cook for 8 minutes & flip at halfway point.
Oven: Preheat at 200°C for 3 minutes. Cook on ‘Conventional Oven’ settings for 8 minutes & flip at halfway point.
Pan-fry: Cook for 5-6 minutes on medium-high meat. Make sure to flip consistently.
Special remarks: We've kept seasoning on the lighter side for more flexibility, do feel free to adjust the taste with a little salt and pepper if you prefer something that's more flavourful.

Bulgogi Beef Stir Fry (Infused w Seasonal Asian Pear!)
While Bulgogi may be often seen as a sticky, sugar-rich marinade, we’ve opted to go for a more traditional route by replacing most of the sugar in our Bulgogi recipe with fresh, seasonal Asian Pears! Acting as both a sweetener and tenderiser for proteins, our seasonal asian pears give a much needed freshness to this familiar and comforting marinade. Perfect for K-nights at home as a fuss-free protein for rice dishes, such as bibimbap!
Serving Suggestions: Fry up the Bulgogi Beef Stir Fry with sliced white onions and top with toasted sesame seeds. Perfect with short-grain rice and a comforting fried egg.

Satay Beef Stir Fry (Childhood Flavours Reimagined!)
For those with a more fiery palate, our Satay Glazed Beef Stir Fry is sure to please! It contains natural spices and seasonings that give it a rich kick, and boasts umami laden components that are made from natural techniques - all without the use of added MSG or flavour additives! We’ve opted to leave out peanuts in this recipe due to allergen concerns, but rest assured our Satay Glazed Beef Stir Fry is by no means lacking in flavour!
Serving Suggestions: Serve with cooked rice, and chopped cucumbers and raw red onion to replicate the Satay experience. We recommend having it with some Peanut Sauce or Kicap Manis!

Char Siew Pork Collar Stir Fry (Childhood Flavours, Reimagined!)
Arguably one of the most iconic meats from our Chinese heritage, here at Quan Shui we’ve endeavored to innovate on this time honoured tradition - with a stir-fry marinade filled with no nasties but yet replicates familiar flavours of barbecued meat! We use small-batch, hand sliced pork collar that’s carefully coated in our sweet, savoury marinade in every packet.
