Harvested daily by our fish farmer in the waters off Lim Chu Kang and Changi. From farm to table, our fish is raised with natural currents and tides to swim freely, giving time to grow and yield a firm, natural tasting flesh.
In the spirit of reducing food waste, we have frozen our excess Fresh Fish Fillets in order to extend its shelf life by up to 6 months! On our end, we will price these down when selling to you, and will ensure that any fillets sent to you have a minimum usage period of 3 months.
To use, simply defrost in your chiller overnight! Make sure to pat the surfaces of the fish to get rid of excess water, especially when pan-frying or grilling - this allows your frozen fillets to get crisp and golden brown delicious, just like fresh fillets!
Serving Suggestions:
Grey Mullet - Great for pan-frying, or grilling with lemon juice and salt to taste.
Barramundi - Perfect for steamed fish topped with thinly sliced ginger and spring onions.
Red Snapper - Perfect for making your homemade fish curry! They are also great for grilling, baking, and pan-frying.
Storage Guide: All of our seafood is vacuum-packed, which extends the shelf life by 50%.
- Freezer: up to 6 months after its Use By Date. Fish is best when eaten fresh, but can still be frozen and defrosted. We guarantee that any Frozen Fish Fillets sent to you have a minimum usage period of 3 months.
Special Notes: Although great care has been taken to remove the major bones, some small bones may remain. As this product has been frozen once, once thawed, do not refreeze!
