Iberico Pork comes from the distinctive Black Iberian Pig. Native to areas of Portugal and central and southern Spain, the pigs’ diet of acorns and elements of the natural forests in these areas impacts the meat directly, giving it a nutty, evocative flavour.

Storage Guide: This product is delivered frozen, store it in the freezer for up to 6 months, and only put into the chiller to thaw.
Cooking Instructions: The pork jowl can become tough when overcooked. Always remember that carryover cooking occurs, meaning the meat will continue to cook a bit after it's removed from the heat. Check continuously when air-frying, pan-searing, or oven-roasting it. Try cutting against the grain of the pork jowl as well, as this will allow your meat to be easier to chew!
