Black fungus is a popular ingredient used in Asian dishes as its known for its chewy and jelly-like consistency!

We sell ours in dried form so that you may hydrate the amount you need without spoiling the rest! To prepare, simply soak them in warm water for 1 hour and the Black Fungus will expand 3-4 times.

We personally love having these as a cold dish! Boil the hydrated Black Fungus for 3-4 minutes, before mixing them in freshly chopped garlic, red chillies, coriander, light soy sauce, sesame oil, chinese black vinegar and sugar! Chill them in the fridge before serving them cold. Enjoy!
