This ensures that you’ll receive excellent value for your money! This is also why this minced meat has a good ratio of lean meat to fats which is essential for flavour and juiciness!

Handling Tips
We recommend not washing the pork before cooking, as it may cause dangerous bacteria like Salmonella to splash around your kitchen. If you do insist on washing pork, consider doing so in a sink filled with water rather than under a running tap. However, we still advise cooking the pork without washing it to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.
