If you enjoyed our Spanish Iberico Pork Jowl for its beautiful nutty flavour, our new Hokkaido Cherry Blossom Pork Jowl definitely gives it a run for its money!
Due to the freezing cold climate that they are bred in, our Cherry Blossom Pigs have a thicker layer of fats than normal pigs, resulting in its meat being more tender and flavourful.
p.s. Papa and Mama Oh prefers this Pork Jowl while we prefer the Iberico Pork Jowl. Let us know which you prefer!
