While Bulgogi may be often seen as a sticky, sugar-rich marinade, we’ve opted to go for a more traditional route by replacing most of the sugar in our Bulgogi recipe with fresh, seasonal Asian Pears! Acting as both a sweetener and tenderiser for proteins, our seasonal asian pears give a much needed freshness to this familiar and comforting marinade. Perfect for K-nights at home as a fuss-free protein for rice dishes, such as bibimbap!

Serving Suggestions: Fry up the Bulgogi Pork Stir Fry with sliced white onions and top with toasted sesame seeds. Perfect with short-grain rice and a comforting fried egg.
Cooking Instructions: Ready in 15 Minutes or Less!

Airfryer: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.

Oven: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook on ‘Conventional Oven’ settings for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.

Pan-fry: Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium-high meat. Make sure to flip consistently.
Suggested Alternatives: If you prefer chicken, try our Bulgogi Chicken Stir Fry!
Storage Guide: Keep frozen for up to 6 months. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately.
Special remarks: We've kept seasoning on the lighter side for more flexibility, do feel free to adjust the taste with a little salt and pepper if you prefer something that's more flavourful.
