Our one and only piglet hams are back! Crafted from select German Piglets, these smoked gems are perfect for smaller families or for those looking to have multiple mains for a more varied Christmas feast. Exceptionally tender and succulent when compared to hams for older pigs, our 1.5kg German Smoked Gammon Bone-in Hams are the epitome of German craftsmanship - traditionally slow smoked with wood to impart an authentic, robust smoky flavour. 

Serves: 4-6 pax

Total Cooking Time: 30 minutes (excluding preheating)

Serving Suggestions: Ready to serve chilled. Alternatively, for better presentation, you may choose to reheat the ham.

  • Remove skin from the Ham, and score the fat.
  • Place the ham onto a roasting tray. Glaze the Ham with honey. Add some water below the rack of the roasting tray.
  • Place the German Smoked Gammon Bone-In Ham into a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 30-40 minutes.
  • *Temperatures may differ from oven to oven so it’s best to use a meat thermometer, and monitor regularly

Storage Guide: Keep in the chiller for up to 1 month from date of receiving. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
