Frozen Whole Fish & Fish Fillets
Our fish farmer promises that our Fresh Local Barramundi Fillet is 100% Locally Sourced, 100% Hormones and Antibiotics Free!
Harvested daily by our fish farmer in the waters off Lim Chu Kang and Changi. From farm to table, our fish is raised with natural currents and tides to swim freely, giving time to grow and yield a firm, natural tasting flesh.
Storage Guide: Kept Frozen up to 6 months from date on pack. Do not refreeze after thawing. We guarantee that any Frozen Fish sent to you have a minimum usage period of 3 months.
Special Notes: Although great care has been taken to remove the major bones, some small bones may remain.

Fresh Local Barramundi Fillet 新加坡金目鲈 - 320g (2 fillets)
Barramundi is often referred to as Asian Seabass, or locally as 'Kim Bak Lor.' It is prized for its subtle, mellow flavour and flaky, moist flesh compared to Red Snapper. This fish is high in Omega-3 content and low in fat, making it a great economical alternative to Cod or Halibut!
Fresh Local Red Snapper Fillet 新加坡红鸡鱼 - 320g (2 fillets)
Red Snapper are a frequent sight in Singapore across cultures - but their most defining dish would have to be Fish Head Curry!
Colloquially, Red Snapper in Singapore refers to a multitude of varietals, but our fish farmer specifically raises Emperor Red Snapper, also known as "Ang Kueh". Its flesh is firm, with a slight nutty taste, and chockfull of vitamin B6, B12, D.
Fresh Local Whole Seabass (Cleaned, Gutted and Butterflied!) 本地金目鲈 - Approx 650g.
This fish is often referred to as Asian Seabass, Barramundi, or locally as "Kim Bak Lor", It is prized for its subtle, mellow flavour and flaky flesh, making it an excellent choice for myriad cooking applications.
Serves: 2 - 4 pax. Our whole seabass is a “table-sized”, which makes them ideal for smaller households - 2 pax (as a main dish) or 4 pax (as a sharing dish).
Fresh Local Whole Golden Pomfret (Cleaned and Gutted) 本地金鲳 - Approx 600g.
This fish is prized for its smooth and delicate taste. They are great for children and the elderly as it is low in sodium and high in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins. It has fewer bones, making it safer for children to eat. Plus, they are also known to be “a clean tasting fish” due to its tender, white flesh, and mild “non-fishy” taste which many love.
Golden pomfret is the economical alternative to Chinese Pomfret, offering a similar delicate sweetness and soft, white flesh—making it a favourite for those who want premium taste and texture at a more accessible price.
