Harvested in Japan, Our White Shelled Clams are de-sanded, cleaned and cooked before they are blast frozen for freshness and convenience.
As compared to Asari Clams, they have a better meat-to-shell ratio and is known to be sweeter. We suggest steaming them in white wine or with garlic butter to elevate the natural juices of these beautiful gem-like clams!
NOTE: Please do not throw away the 'water' inside the packaging as these are the clams' natural juices and flavour. Cook them together for a tasty experience!
