Wild caught in the Korea Bay, Our Large-Sized Korean Flower Clams are de-sanded, cleaned and pasteurised in their natural juices before they are blast frozen for freshness and convenience.
To cook, simply heat them up over microwave or add them into a bowl of soup! We personally love having them in miso!
NOTE: Please do not throw away the 'water' inside the packaging as these are the clams' natural juices and flavour. Cook them together for a tasty experience!
