Finally released online due to popular demand, our Norwegian Fjord Salmon-Trout Head is a popular dish amongst our family members who love it air-fried!
Our Fresh Norwegian Fjord Salmon-Trout Head 三文鱼头 is cut from fresh and immediately blast-frozen for freshness and convenience.
Caught in the cold waters of Norway, these salmon take longer to grow and taste less cloying (jelak) due to their lower fat content. They are certainly healthier and have a more savoury taste compared to their counterparts.
Each portion of our Norwegian Fjord Salmon-Trout Head comes cleaned, halved and delivered frozen.
Serving Suggestions: Our personal recipe is to first dry out the Salmon-Trout Head with kitchen towels, before seasoning both sides heavily with salt (better if you can then leave this in the refrigerator for a few hours for maximum flavour and crispiness afterwards!) Then, lightly grease your pan/aluminium foil to prevent sticking and preheat your air-fryer/oven to 200 degrees celsius. Next, place the Salmon-Trout Head skin side down to cook for around 7-8 minutes, before flipping it and cooking to another 7-8 minutes. Lastly, finish by generously squeezing some fresh lemons over the crispy Salmon-Trout Head. Enjoy!

Special Remarks: Do note that this product is pricier than typical Norwegian Salmon out there as it's a more premium product. Our Salmon Trout has a stronger taste profile, is less jelak and is healthier!
