Most commonly used in fish soups and steamboats for their flavour and texture, our Ulu Pandan (Indonesia) Batang are wild-caught daily! They are then immediately processed and then blast frozen to retain their freshness and also prevent the loss of nutrients.
Personally, these are our favourite fish and are a must have whenever we have steamboat sessions!
