Storage Guide: Pork Chops

Be sure to check the packing date printed on the packaging.

  • Chiller: Our fresh pork can last up to 5 days as our vacuum packaging reduces the risk of bacteria growth! (usually it’s 3 days for non-vacuumed pork)
  • Freezer: Up to 6 months

Pro Tip for Safe Handling:

Don’t wash the pork before cooking; washing may cause dangerous bacteria like Salmonella to splash around your kitchen. If you insist on washing pork meat, consider doing so in a sink of water rather than under a running tap. However, we recommend cooking the pork without washing it to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.

Feedback for pork chop and siew mai

Pork chop is yummy. But will there be an option for marinate powder for other bone in pork chop (other grammage?)

Siew Mai - for those who know Master Chef Oh’s siew Mai, the new launch is noticeably smaller. Price wise, it is not cheaper. Thus, the value perception might be managed better with a lower “try us” launch price or maintain the previous size. Good attempt!
