This August, we're proud to introduce a special collaboration with Twirlee, a third-generation Singapore family business with over 70 years of noodle-making expertise. Together, we worked closely to create a tailored noodle, combining Twirlee's craftsmanship with Quan Shui's vision for everyday comfort. The result is a simple yet comforting noodle with an just the right bite, made for everyday meals: QS × Twirlee Hand-Pulled Mee Hoon Kueh and Twirlee Fresh Mafalde Pasta.

Our Mee Hoon Kueh New Launch is especially close to our hearts. It was carefully developed with Twirlee according to Team Quan Shui’s own tastes and preferences. After testing various different thicknesses, we landed on the soft, springy chew that we all enjoyed. Ready in just three minutes, it is perfect served in a comforting bowl of soup or tossed with our Fragrant Scallion Oil, and we can’t wait for you to try it!

In July, we shone a spotlight on the artisans who keep our food heritage alive. We are incredibly proud to collaborate with Jeya Spices, a third-generation heartland icon whose family has been grinding fresh, aromatic wet market spice blends for over 80 years.
