Cooking Instructions: Ready in 15 Minutes or Less!

Airfryer: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.

Oven: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook on ‘Conventional Oven’ settings for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.

Pan-fry: Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium-high meat. Make sure to flip consistently.
Suggested Alternatives: Try the Char Siew Pork Collar Stir Fry, another classic local flavour, with notes of sweet and savoury.
Storage Guide: Consume within 5 days. If not consumed, keep frozen for up to 6 months. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately.
Special remarks: We've kept seasoning on the lighter side for more flexibility, do feel free to adjust the taste with a little salt and pepper if you prefer something that's more flavourful.
