If you like a very smoky flavour in your sausages, Bockwurst sausages are the way to go! Our Bockwurst sausages are made with quality pork, seasoned with salt and other spices, offering a hint of smokiness and juiciness with each bite.
All of our German sausages are wrapped in natural casing for a great snap, providing a lovely texture and juiciness on the inside.

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (approx 10 minutes)
- Place the German-Made Bockwurst into a pre-heated oven 180°C for 10 minutes
*Temperatures may differ from oven to oven so it’s best to use a meat thermometer, and monitor regularly
Storage Guide: Keep frozen. For best taste and quality, we recommend storing up to 2 months in the freezer. Once thawed, it can be kept in the chiller for up to 2 days.
Serving Suggestions: They can be served as a standalone delight with some mustard and fried onions. For a more substantial meal, they can be paired with hearty sides like potato salad, omelets, and sautéed vegetables.
