This year, we’re bringing back our Iberico Sausages to go along our fan favourite Premium Iberico BBQ Ribs and Meatballs - perfect for savoring the distinct, nutty taste of Iberico in all manner of applications.
Besides these festive classics, this year, we've developed a new festive centerpiece - our Traditional Porchetta. Stuffed with an Italian blend of garlic and thyme, each of our Porchettas are ready for a quick trip to the oven to develop that signature crackling crust.

Festive Iberico Sausages
- Nurnberger x 2 pcs, 200g
- Chorizo x 2 pcs, 200g
- Iberico Meatballs x 24 pcs
- Traditional Porchetta Stuffed w Garlic, Rosemary and Thyme x 500g
Serves: 4-6 pax
Total Cooking Time: 30 minutes (excluding preheating)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (approx 10 minutes)
- Place the Iberico Pork Ribs and Traditional Porchetta into the oven first and reheat for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, place Festive Iberico Sausages and Iberico Meatballs into the oven with the rest of the pork at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Remove all items from the oven except the Porchetta, and crank the heat up to 200°C for 10 minutes to develop the crackling of the Porchetta.
Storage Guide:
- Iberico Pork Ribs: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
- Festive Iberico Sausages: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
- Iberico Meatballs: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
- Porchetta: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
