This selection of some of our festive favourites presents a smorgasbord of flavour profiles that will undoubtably bring about Christmas cheer to your party spreads - all you truly need to round out the rest of your feast is a few sides!

This Deluxe Duck & Pork Variety Platter includes (worth $78.50!)

Serves: 4-6 pax

Total Cooking Time: 25 mins (excluding preheating)

Cooking Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (approx 10 minutes)
  • Place all items into a pre-heated oven together - in separate trays if possible - at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Remove all items except the German Pork Knuckle and let it cook for another 10 minutes, before cranking up the heat to 200°C for 5 minutes to crisp up the skin.

Storage Guide:

  • Smoked Duck Breasts: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
  • Festive Iberico Sausages: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
  • Roasted German-Style Pork Knuckle: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
  • Premium Duck Leg Confit: Keep frozen. Thaw before preparing. Refer to packaging for expiry date (approx. 2026) Do not refreeze.
