Succulent chicken thigh pieces and slices of chinese mushrooms top every morsel of our Handmade Lo Mai Kai. After a quick steam, expect notes of sesame oil, soy and oyster sauce to combine with the natural juices of the chicken thigh - enjoy the subtle taste, now with a less ‘jelak’ taste.

We heard you that the previous LMK had issues with consistent cooking! We’ve adapted it to a new packaging which is flatter to ensure faster and more thorough cooking.

Following Uncle Oh's retirement, Our Quan Shui’s Handmade Lo Mai Kai are now produced in-house with the blessing and guidance of everyone's beloved Uncle Oh!

We are proud to share that Quan Shui’s Handmade Lo Mai Kai has been replicated with Uncle Oh's original recipe, but with slight adjustments based on our own R&D and interpretation of how we'd love for the taste to be moving forward!

Committed to preserving Uncle Oh's 6 decade legacy, our Quan Shui’s Handmade Dim Sum range are handcrafted from scratch every morning using quality ingredients, and then immediately blast frozen to maintain freshness.

Total Cooking Time: 13-15 minutes from frozen

Recommended Preparation Method - Steam

  1. First, you need to remove the plastic lid of the Lo Mai Kai (MUST!)

  2. Upon boiling of water, steam the frozen Lo Mai Kai for approx. 13-15 minutes. Heating time may vary depending on appliance used.

  3. Flip the LMK onto a plate and serve!

Storage Guide: Keep frozen. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately. See packaging for expiration date. They can be kept for up to 1 year.
