We are proud to share that Quan Shui’s Handmade Lo Mai Kai has been replicated with Uncle Oh's original recipe, but with slight adjustments based on our own R&D and interpretation of how we'd love for the taste to be moving forward!

First, you need to remove the plastic lid of the Lo Mai Kai (MUST!)

Upon boiling of water, steam the frozen Lo Mai Kai for approx. 13-15 minutes. Heating time may vary depending on appliance used.

Flip the LMK onto a plate and serve!

Storage Guide: Keep frozen. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately. See packaging for expiration date. They can be kept for up to 1 year.
