Known for their herb-infused and fragrant blend, our Bratwurst sausages are made with a variety of spices for ultimate versatility. They are great for fried, grilled, stewed, baked, or used in a variety of recipes. Perfectly seasoned, they make a fantastic choice for everyday meals. 

All of our German sausages are wrapped in natural casing for a great snap, providing a lovely texture and juiciness on the inside.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (approx 10 minutes)
  • Place the German-Made Bratwurst into a pre-heated oven 180°C for 10 minutes

*Temperatures may differ from oven to oven so it’s best to use a meat thermometer, and monitor regularly

Storage Guide: Keep frozen. For best taste and quality, we recommend storing up to 2 months in the freezer. Once thawed, it can be kept in the chiller for up to 2 days. 

Serving Suggestions: They can be served as a standalone delight with some mustard and fried onions. For a more substantial meal, they can be paired with hearty sides like potato salad and sautéed vegetables.

Suggested Alternatives: If you prefer sausages to have a more smokey flavour, we highly recommend our authentic German-Made Bockwurst.
