Commonly served as THE fish dish at wedding banquets, our Black Groupers are wild-caught daily from Indonesia/Malaysian seas! Its flesh is naturally sweet and is of a firm texture; a good indicator of fresh grouper is that their flesh flakes when cut!
Upon harvesting, they are then immediately processed and then blast frozen to retain their freshness and also prevent the loss of nutrients.
