Our story began in 1968 when Grandpa Oh Quan Shui started selling fresh pork to support his family, a legacy that has grown across generations into today’s digital wet market. Now, we are joining forces with Jeya Spices, a third-generation artisan protecting an 80-year-old family spice tradition. Held right in the middle of a bustling heartland pasar, this intimate workshop connects you directly to our shared history.
During this exclusive workshop, you'll learn to blend your own signature spices from Jeya and pair them perfectly with our (Quan Shui)'s premium fresh meats. This is a cosy, intimate session with strictly limited slots, so grab a foodie friend and secure your seats early!
