With our All-in-One Recipe Soup Set, you can recreate this classic Cantonese soup at home without the hassle of sourcing every ingredient separately!

Cooking Information:

Storage Guide:
• Soup Bones: Up to 5 days chilled or 6 months frozen
• Old Cucumber: Store uncut in the refrigerator crisper. Once cut, wrap tightly and use within 2–3 days.
• Sweet Corn: Refrigerate with husk on and use within 2–3 days for best flavour.
• Dried Goods: Store dried scallops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
