Prepared in food safe sous vide packet that can be boiled and steamed in the packaging. Simply cook for 10 minutes and empty the packet on your serving plate - a quick and fuss-free meal without the need for defrosting before cooking!

Our Teochew Style Barramundi Fillet contains 2 x Barramundi filets and 2 x Teochew style sauce packets a zesty and spicy flavour combination with no preservatives and no MSG!

Each fish fillet is individually vacuumed packed (IVP) and frozen within 8 hours of harvesting, ensuring that high-quality texture, nutrients, and taste are locked in and remain fresh!

Cooking Instructions:  

  • Boil a pot of water, drop in both the pack of fish fillet and sauce
  • Simmer for 10 minutes, turn off heat.
  • Open the Food Pouch, plate it, pour the sauce all over. Ready to serve!
