Delicate, savoury and filled with flavourful soup, our Signature Shanghai Xiao Long Bao 招牌上海小笼汤包 makes a wonderful addition to breakfast, afternoon tea or a comforting meal at home.
Each dumpling is carefully prepared with a seasoned pork filling, ginger, soy sauce and other ingredients, wrapped in a delicate flour-based skin. Once steamed, every bite brings together tender meat and a satisfying burst of warm, savoury broth.
Made with NO ADDED MSG, our Xiao Long Bao lets the familiar flavours of the ingredients shine through.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy them freshly steamed with sliced ginger and black vinegar for a classic Shanghai-style experience. Pair with other Quan Shui dim sum favourites for a complete spread.
Cooking Instructions:

Use the dim sum paper provided in the pack and lightly coat it with oil.

Place the Xiao Long Bao carefully on the paper and lightly moisten the dumplings with water.

Once steam begins to appear, steam for approximately 7 minutes.

Allow an additional 3 minutes of cooking with residual heat before serving.
