Juicy prawns deserve to be the star of a good Har Gow, so we didn't hold back!
Our Handmade Signature Har Gow has received one of the biggest upgrades in our Dim Sum range, quite literally.
Previously around 25g per piece, each Har Gow is now upsized to 36g, with the additional space dedicated to what matters most: the prawns!
We've moved away from prawn mince and now generously fill each Har Gow with juicy chunks of our largest-in-class Tiger Prawns, giving you a plumper, more succulent bite and plenty of natural prawn sweetness.
We've also improved the dough to create a significantly thinner skin while keeping it strong enough to withstand freezing and steaming at home.
The result? Bigger prawns, thinner skin and a much more satisfying bite. Our signature Har Gow, levelled up!
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy freshly steamed with your favourite chilli sauce, or pair with Quan Shui's other handmade dim sum favourites, such as our Prawn & Seafood Dumplings or Lo Mai Kai, for breakfast, afternoon tea or a family dim sum spread.
Cooking Instructions:

From frozen, portion out the number of Har Gow you would like to prepare.

Defrost for approximately 30 minutes before cooking.

Once the water is boiling, steam for approximately 10 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!
Storage Guide:
Keep frozen. Once opened, reseal in a freezer-safe container. After thawing, heat and consume immediately. Can be kept frozen for up to 1 year from production date. Refer to packaging for expiry date.
