Berempah is a local classic rooted in the word "rempah" - an aromatic blend of spices. Our Berempah Chicken honours that tradition, bringing together 9 carefully chosen ingredients for a complex, layered flavour journey. Jeya's signature spice blend is lifted by a gentle kick of heat, creating an addictive bite you'll keep coming back to.
Our marinated beef series is prepped every morning in small batches with only the best quality day-fresh grass fed New Zealand beef. Enjoy the very best of familiar local flavours with our in-house marination blend, with no added MSG, preservatives or additives!

Serving Suggestions: Serve with a warm bowl of white rice or nasi lemak rice and a fried egg if you’re feeling extra hungry!
Cooking Instructions: Ready in 15 Minutes or Less!
- Airfryer: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.
- Oven: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook on ‘Conventional Oven’ settings for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.
- Pan-fry: Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium-high meat. Make sure to flip consistently.

Storage Guide: Consume within 5 days. If not consumed, keep frozen for up to 6 months. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately.
Special Remarks: We've kept seasoning on the lighter side for more flexibility, do feel free to adjust the taste with a little salt if you prefer something that's more flavourful.
