Harvested daily by our fish farmer in the waters off Lim Chu Kang and Changi. From farm to table, our fish is raised with natural currents and tides to swim freely, giving time to grow and yield a firm, natural tasting flesh. 

Red Snapper are a frequent sight in Singapore across cultures - but their most defining dish would have to be Fish Head Curry!

Colloquially, Red Snapper in Singapore refers to a multitude of varietals, but our fish farmer specifically raises Emperor Red Snapper, also known as "Ang Kueh". It's flesh is firm, with a slight nutty taste, and chockfull of vitamin B6, B12, D & E. 

Our Fresh Local Red Snapper is vacuumed packed at the time of slaughter, with each pack containing 2 fillets.

Each portion of our Fresh Local Red Snapper comes cleaned, gutted, and filleted, delivered chilled, and is ready to cook right from the packet.

Serving Suggestions: Perfect for making your homemade fish curry! They are also great for grilling, baking, and pan-frying to suit your recipes and are a good source of vitamins as well as minerals like magnesium and selenium.

Suggested Alternatives: If you're looking for a firmer textured white fish, we recommend our Wild-Caught Chilean Cod or Wild-Caught Greenland Halibut Steak.

Storage Guide: All of our seafood is vacuum-packed, which extends the shelf life by 50%.

  • Freezer: up to 6 months. Fish is best when eaten fresh, but can still be frozen and defrosted.
