[Quan Shui x Jeya Spices]
Meet Jeya! He's a third-generation spice maker carrying over 80 years of family spice-making tradition in every blend. It's a family legacy that started in the heartlands of Singapore and never left. We're proud to bring his craft to your kitchen. Jeya's spices are all natural and crafted fresh in small batches!
This Chinese BBQ Cumin Beef will transport you back to late nights gathered around the fire with family and friends. The bold, smoky character you'd expect is there in full. Then cumin comes through, adding a gentle nuttiness that softens the heat. It's flavour profile that's deeply nostalgic for many in Singapore, and one we think everyone deserves to experience, hassle-free.
Our marinated beef series is prepped every morning in small batches with only the best quality day-fresh grass fed New Zealand beef. Enjoy the very best of familiar local flavours with our in-house marination blend, with no added MSG, preservatives or additives!
