Every Christmas feast deserves a centerpiece, and there are none better than our 3.5KG Gammon Ham. With the bone kept in for maximum flavour, all our Gammon Ham needs is a trip to the oven with a proper honey glaze for a smokey, glistening showstopper.

Total Cooking Time: 50 minutes (excluding preheating)
Serving Suggestions: Ready to serve chilled. Alternatively, for better presentation, you may choose to reheat the ham.
- Glaze the ham with honey.
- Place the Premium Honey Glazed Gammon Bone-In Ham into a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
- *Temperatures may differ from oven to oven so it’s best to use a meat thermometer, and monitor regularly
Storage Guide: Keep in the chiller for up to 2 months from date of production. Refer to the product packaging. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
