Our Christmas mains are perfect as is, but here at Quan Shui, we always believe things could be better. Introducing our Classic Brown Gravy, the simplest way to jazz up your Christmas feasts. Best served warm, and ladled generously over anything your heart desires.

Total Cooking Time: 15 mins
Cooking instructions:
- Ensure packeet is fully thawed.
- Empty out the packet into a sauce pan. Place onto stove on medium heat.
- Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
Storage Guide: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
Suggested Alternatives: For something a little sweeter to go with your Christmas hams, applesauce or cranberry jelly are always festive go-tos!

Some important elf notes:
(I) Delivery rates are $10 from 19 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 (excluding Mondays). FREE shipping on all orders above $100 nett before discounts.
(ii) There will be no deliveries on 22 December & 29 December 2025 (Mondays).
(iii) Our standard delivery schedule is from 12pm to 7pm. It is highly recommended that you select a delivery date ONE DAY BEFORE your scheduled party to ensure that it reaches you in time for feasting.
Iiv) Due to unpredictable monsoon weather and traffic conditions, as much as we will try to ensure prompt delivery of your Christmas Market orders, we will not be liable for delays in delivery that is beyond our control.
