Our Regular Coconut Leaf Otahs come from the famous Hougang Otah! With almost 30 years of experience, their otah recipe has been refined over time, using seasonal fresh fish combined with their proprietary spice mix to create a signature otah blend beloved by many. Every day, an impressive 20,000 traditional otahs are grilled fresh upon order, ensuring the highest quality and authentic flavour in every bite.
These otahs are individually packed into fragrant coconut leaves and are then barbecued to perfection, meaning they only need to be reheated for a few minutes from frozen to serve as a delicious snack or add on to any meal! Wrapped in coconut leaf, the texture of the otahs will be more solid and QQ! The otahs are also Halal Certified.
Re-heat Instructions (from frozen with leaf on):
- Pan Fry: 3 mins on each side on high heat
- Airfry: 7 mins at 160ºC
- Steam: 7 mins
- Oven: 10 mins at 160ºC
- Microwave: 1-2 mins
